Thanks Lyndsay, yes I use that technique for browning all the time, glad you like the video, I will say once you start using the pressure cooker you will be hooked, but before you do your first recipe, go back over this recipe video for the safety tips, there is also another pressure cooker recipe on my site, thanks again for watching:)
I always learn things from you. Do you use that technique for browning ground meat all the time? Meanwhile, I have never used a pressure cooker and found the demonstration invaluable - especially for cooking sauces. I'm craving the bolognese now and also must say I'm inspired by your plating.
OOOOO shiraz. I think I forgot the taste. I spent two years in Adelaide when I was young. I remember Hunter and Varossa valleys =) Anyway, thanks for another good vid, Dave. Pressure cooker is healthy and quick!
Yum. Exactly how I make it on the cook stove except I add grated carrots and a crumbles beef stock cube for added flavour. Thanks for sharing how you make it with us. Awesome way of cooking it too.

ReplyDeleteThanks for watching, the only thing to look out for when using a pressure cooker is not to cook on high heat and you should be fine:)
