Do you know of a restaurant, possibly that you work(ed) at, that uses an electric pressure cooker? Especially one in Lenoir County, or North Carolina.

I've never heard of a restaurant using a standard pressure cooker since it would only be usefull for prep cooking. Many restaurants use pressure fryers for cooking chickens, including Wendy's and KFC, but these are huge devices.

I used to have one. It's called a Broastser. To make broasted chicken. Huge messy beast that was a pain to clean.
