ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! I would just be careful about not scratching the interior of the pressure cooker, and have a plan on how to get it out once you're finished. I wrote an article about what can go into, and what cannot go into a pressure cooker (electrics, too).
ReplyDeleteIn brief you can use pyrex, ceramic, metal (be careful with scratches) and silicone. You should not use plastic, paper or any non-heatproof glass (drinking glass or vase). Here is the whole section on using molds in the pressure cooker:
