  6. Why remove the tomato seeds. Look up Magnesium and Nitriloside, both found in seeds. Nice recipe though, As soon as I get my pressure cooker I will try it.

  11. Lovely! I am making this in a few moments here... Thank you! My mom used a pressure cooker while we were growing up so I am not afraid of them (ain't skeered! LOL) and they do save on time and energy for sure. There is another *fabulous* lamb pressure cooker using port and garlic on the 'net...it's not on youtube but you can google it...the sauce is to die for and works for beef shanks and/or short ribs too.
