I just got into tattooing and I've been using sterilized disposable tubes and needles to do my work since i don't have an autoclave yet, im ready to buy one but i noticed that there are stove top autoclaves and electric autoclaves, is one better than the other? I've looked for info on comparison and i cant seem to find any thing on stove top vs. electric.

Electric autoclaves can be automatic (they stop heating at the end of the cycle, so you don't have to be there al the time), while stovetop autoclaves are basically a dedicated pressure cooker. Both do the job equally as well, if they are good models.
