That is pretty arbitrary- look in your booklet that came with the cooker, or google it.
There are a lot of things that affect it- like thickness of the meat, how much liquid is used, etc...

ReplyDeleteIt really doesn't matter how big the roast is - In my electric pressure cooker it takes 40 minutes whether its 2 pounds or 5 pounds and you really can't overcook it
ReplyDeleteI always add a french onion soup packet and beef broth to mine and its perfect everytime
